A free intro call
Twenty minutes on video. You say what's going on, Ben asks a few questions and tells you honestly what he thinks would help, whether or not that's Beyond Burnout.
Where to start
Most people start with a free twenty-minute call. If you'd rather go more slowly, there are three other ways in, and none of them commits you to anything.
Beyond Burnout: twelve weeks, €1,500, everything included
Talk
Twenty minutes on video. You say what's going on, Ben asks a few questions and tells you honestly what he thinks would help, whether or not that's Beyond Burnout.
Try
One full sixty-minute session, to feel how the work goes before you decide anything. It's a real session, not a sales call.
Reflect
Twenty-nine questions, about four minutes. A name for what's going on, what keeps it going, and one thing to try this week. Free, and your answers stay in your browser.
Write
If you'd rather put it into words first, use the form below. Ben reads every message himself and replies personally, usually within two working days.
The intro call
It's a conversation, not a pitch. You'll leave with a clearer name for what's going on, whether or not you work together.
Write to Ben
A few sentences is plenty. Your message goes straight to Ben's inbox and nowhere else.
Or email bcdonaldson@protonmail.com directly. Please don't include detailed medical information.
Only the IFS work?
The IFS course at the centre of Beyond Burnout also runs on its own: twelve weekly sessions, a short daily practice and one written exercise a week, for €960. You can start with the first four weeks for €320; continuing costs €640, so trying first costs nothing extra.
In Ben's private practice the course is called the 12-Week Introduction to IFS, and single IFS sessions are €85. Mention it on the intro call, or find Ben's practice at bencareydonaldson.com, in English and French.
In crisis right now? Please contact your local emergency number (112 in the EU) or a crisis line in your country. Self & System isn't a crisis service, and this isn't the right first step while you're in acute distress.
