What the site collects, and why

• The quiz. Your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent or stored anywhere. If you choose to ask Ben for his notes, the form sends your email address and your result (the pattern name and your reserves reading), never your individual answers.
• The message form on the Start page sends your name, email address, where you're based (if you say) and your message.
• How forms travel. Both forms are delivered to Ben's inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Ben uses what you send to reply to you and, if you ask, to talk about working together. The legal bases are your consent and steps taken at your request before any contract (GDPR, article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
• Booking a call. Calls and sessions are booked through Cal.com, under its own privacy policy. It collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.
• Fonts are served by Bunny Fonts, a European service built not to track visitors.
• Server logs. Like any host, Infomaniak keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security, for a limited time.

There are no cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels on this site.

How long it's kept

Messages are kept for as long as they're needed to reply to you. If you become a client, your details are kept for the period that French accounting and professional obligations require. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to bcdonaldson@protonmail.com. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Health information

Please don't send detailed medical or health information through the forms. If you become a client, what you share in sessions is kept confidential and stored securely.

Not a crisis service

Self & System and Beyond Burnout are coaching services and don't replace medical or psychological care. If you're in crisis, contact your local emergency number (112 in the EU) or a crisis line in your country.
